What is Malt Vinegar? 什么是麦芽醋?

Vinegar is a seasoning of sour flavour made from the fermentation of a variety of sources. Types of vinegar include rice vinegar, fruit vinegar, malt vinegar, sherry vinegar, wine vinegar and others.

Malt vinegar is made by malting barley, causing the starch in the grain to turn to maltose. Its nutritional value is higher than other type of vinegar and tasted pure and fresh.
